National Council of Childhood and Motherhood (NCCM)
ELCA through collaboration with the National Council of Childhood and Motherhood (NCCM) in (2009 and 2010) had the major contribution with IBFAN, to the inclusion of many code provisions in the child nutrition chapter of the bylaw of the Egyptian Child Law. Then ELCA retranslated the chapter back to English for evaluation by the Code Documentation Center and IBFAN experts. Accordingly, Egypt was upgraded to category 2 on IBFAN scale in 2010.
